Meet the Geese of Clusterduck Farms & Rescue
Geese are intelligent, loyal, and incredibly social animals. They form lifelong family bonds, recognize familiar people, communicate with a wide range of vocalizations, and are devoted parents who work together to protect and raise their young. Despite their reputation, most geese are not naturally aggressive. They are simply protective of their families and territory.
At Clusterduck Farms & Rescue, our geese are much more than farm animals. They are family.
Our flock is made up of rescued birds, surrendered pets, hatchery goslings, and geese born right here on the farm. Every goose has a unique personality. Some are gentle and affectionate, some are curious and adventurous, and a few proudly believe they are in charge of everything. They have formed lifelong friendships, raised countless goslings, and helped welcome rescued birds into the flock.
he geese spend their days grazing on grass, swimming, taking naps in the sunshine, raising their families, and reminding everyone when it's time for breakfast. Watching the flock interact is one of the greatest joys of life at Clusterduck Farms.
We believe that domestic geese deserve safe, loving homes. Unlike their wild cousins, domestic geese cannot simply be released into parks or lakes. Many cannot fly well, and they rely on people for food, shelter, and protection. Our mission is to educate others about responsible goose ownership while providing rescue, rehabilitation, and lifelong sanctuary whenever possible.
